Jodie joined CBHDA in September, 2024 as a Senior Policy Analyst specializing in children’s behavioral health. She has more than 15 years of experience working in children’s Specialty Mental Health Services, ranging from direct service and program administration to state and national policy advocacy.

Prior to joining CBHDA, Jodie led policy advocacy and strategic initiatives at a community-based organization in the Bay Area where she focused on increasing access to high quality care for systems-involved youth. She also co-led a coalition of advocates to create dedicated state funding for child sex trafficking victims. Subsequently, she provided technical assistance for counties and community-based organizations on a range of policy implementation initiatives and funding strategies.
