Diana joined CBHDA in November 2024. She has over five years of experience in state budgeting. Prior to joining CBHDA, Diana worked three and a half years at CA Department of Finance as their Lead Behavioral Health Fiscal Policy Analyst. Diana oversaw the financing and development of a range of statewide behavioral health initiatives including, Behavioral Health Transformation, Mental Health Services Act, Community Assistance, Recovery, and Empowerment (CARE) Act, 988 expansion, Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure and Bridge Housing programs, and various state opioid response programs.
